Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application “MorCon – Morse Converter” (the “App”) handles information when you use the App. The App is provided by enasak works (operated by kasane hirotoshi)

1. Overview

The App provides Morse code conversion, key input, playback, practice, list management, file export, and related features. The App may also include advertisements and in-app purchases.

2. Information the App May Process

(1) Information You Enter or Create in the App

The App may process information and content that you enter or create while using its features, including:

  • text entered for conversion;
  • Morse code input and output;
  • app settings and practice settings;
  • custom Morse list items and related notes or meanings;
  • recorded tones or audio you create for use in the App; and
  • files generated by the App when you choose to export or share them.

This information is used to provide the App’s features and is generally stored on your device for your use within the App.

If you choose to export, save, copy, or share generated files or content, the selected destination, app, or service may handle that content in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

(2) Microphone Access

If you use features that allow you to record custom tones or other audio for use in the App, the App may request access to your microphone.

Microphone access is used only for those recording-related features.

(3) Advertising Information

The App may use third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob, to display banner ads and rewarded ads.

These services may automatically collect certain information, such as advertising identifiers (including IDFA, where permitted), device information, and other non-personal or pseudonymous information for ad delivery, measurement, optimization, and fraud prevention.

This information does not directly identify you by name.

(4) App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the App will request your permission before tracking your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies.

If you allow tracking, advertising identifiers such as IDFA may be used to deliver more relevant or personalized ads.

If you do not allow tracking, your data will not be used for tracking across companies’ apps and websites, and you may receive non-personalized ads instead.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device settings:

(5) In-App Purchase Information

The App offers in-app purchases, including an auto-renewable subscription and a one-time purchase.

All payment transactions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment information, such as credit card numbers.

The App may check purchase status or entitlements in order to unlock premium features, restore purchases, display subscription status, and provide access to purchased content or functionality.

3. How Information Is Used

Information processed through the App may be used for the following purposes:

  • to provide Morse code conversion, key input, playback, practice, list management, file export, and related features;
  • to store and apply your preferences and settings within the App;
  • to save and use custom content you create, such as custom list entries and recorded tones;
  • to provide, measure, and optimize banner ads and rewarded ads;
  • to process purchases, restore purchases, and display subscription or purchase status; and
  • to comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services may include:

  • Google AdMob
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit / subscription management services

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers such as Apple and Google only to the extent necessary for in-app purchases, subscription management, advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and related App functionality.

6. Data Retention

Settings, custom list content, and recorded tones or audio you create for use in the App may remain on your device until you delete them, reset them, remove the App, or otherwise remove the content yourself.

Information processed by third-party services such as Apple or Google may be retained in accordance with their own policies.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. External Links

The App or related pages may contain links to external websites or services, including privacy policy pages, terms pages, or subscription management pages.

We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external sites or services.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will become effective when posted.
