Users shall use the App at their own responsibility.

- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Reverse engineering, analyzing, or modifying the App
- Unauthorized access or attempts to access the App
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the provider
4. Service Description
The App provides features such as Morse code conversion, input, and learning tools. The content of the App may be changed without prior notice.
5. Advertisements
The App may display third-party advertisements, including banner ads and rewarded ads.
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers paid features through one-time purchases and subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user.
Users must manage and cancel subscriptions themselves via their Apple account.
Purchasing a one-time product during an active subscription will not automatically cancel the subscription.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the provider or rightful owners.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The provider does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or operate without interruption.
The provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
9. Changes or Termination
The provider may change or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
10. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
